Operations & Internal Processes Analyst (Ops Analyst)
Ignis Agency is an influencer marketing company with a strong commercial focus. Our core mission is driving sales for large accounts, currently operating with a team of ~100 people, with over 70% dedicated to sales.
We are structuring and scaling our Operations & Internal Processes area and are looking for a professional with solid experience, a systemic mindset, and a hands-on profile—someone capable of running, maintaining, and evolving internal processes in a fast-paced, people- and performance-driven environment.
🎯 Role context
You will work as an Ops Analyst, directly supporting the efficiency of the commercial area, ensuring that processes, tools, data, and people operate with minimal friction.
This is an operational-strategic role: less theory, more execution. We expect someone who understands processes, solves real problems, and leverages technology to scale efficiency.
🧠 Key responsibilities
Organize, structure, and maintain information and data across Google Drive, CRM, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Manage access to internal tools (onboarding and offboarding)
Lead document onboarding and hiring processes for new team members and commercial partners
Manage internal documentation, contracts, and records
Work directly with data, KPIs, and administrative routines
Maintain and optimize operational workflows used by sales teams, as well as generate reports for the area
Operate and maintain no-code / low-code automations
Navigate seamlessly between numbers, processes, and people, working with multiple stakeholders
🧩 Profile we’re looking for
2–3 years of experience in operations, processes, administration, PMO, ops, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1 level)
Comfortable handling requests from different seniority levels (executive leadership, management, supervision, and sales analysts)
Strong analytical skills combined with practical execution
Solution-oriented, highly organized, and accountable
Macro business perspective to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
Experience with or strong aptitude for tools such as:
Notion, Trello, Google Workspace
No-code / low-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, conditional logic, integrations)
Practical use of AI in daily operational workflows
