Role Overview
Ignis Agency is hiring a Senior Operations Analyst to support and scale our global operations. This is a senior role with clear exposure to strategic operations and a defined growth path toward an Operations Manager position. The ideal profile is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize operational content across Google Drive and internal systems, coordinating with creators and partner agencies.
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance in tools such as Notion and Airtable.
Lead onboarding for creators and team members, including setup in Notion, Slack, and Airtable.
Handle internal and external communications, timelines, and customized operational requests with precision.

Act as a strategic bridge between teams, ensuring alignment and efficient workflows.
Oversee sales team schedules and operational accuracy.
Continuously optimize processes using automation, AI tools, and best operational practices.

Requirements
Proven experience in senior operations, administration, or process coordination roles, with exposure to people management.
Strong interest or experience in social media and digital marketing environments.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, and Slack, or ability to learn quickly.
Excellent organizational, communication, and prioritization skills in English.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
